Your data

Your walker and the platform keep the details needed to care for your dog: contacts, addresses, care notes, bookings, and signed agreements.

You → Download my data saves a zip of your household, dogs, photos, contracts, invoices, and bookings. Walker handling notes are not included in that download.

1. To be forgotten (erased), ask your walker.
2. They ask an administrator.
3. The administrator can also send a copy (Export data) or anonymise the record (Erase data).

Accounting records (that a visit happened, and amounts) may be kept in anonymised form after erasure. Join links expire; unused links can be revoked.

Questions about the privacy notice or lawful basis are for the platform administrator, not something this screen can certify.
