Cover preference

Cover is a temporary stand-in if your walker is away. It never changes who your primary walker is.

1. Cover preference (or My schedule → Cover preference).
2. Tick or untick I am open to temporary network cover for my booked services.
3. Save cover preference.

If you opt in, your walker or the platform may arrange an eligible temporary cover walker and notify you. If you opt out, your approval is required first — you will see Approve or Decline on a cover offer.
