Join link versus owner sign-in, and where to click.

Using your account

This is the client (owner) guide. You do not maintain the system — you use your account to see visits and request walks or house sits.

Join

Create a client account from Client sign in (email, password, name). Add your dogs under Dogs. Then Find a walker and Request to join — you do not pick a walk date there. The walker sees your dogs and accepts or declines. If they accept, they send their agreement (email or WhatsApp). Sign that, then you can book. Walker-issued Join / contract links still work: open the link, sign in if you already have an account, then complete the household and agreements. If you lost a link, Client sign in has I have an invite.

Once signed in, tap Pawfect Partners or your name under it to go home. The menu is Your dogs (My schedule, Dogs, Cover preference, Other walkers, Book, Invoices, Find a walker) and You (Help, Download my data, Hints, Appearance, Sign out). Hints Off/On shows or hides the grey comments under fields. Appearance is sun, moon, or A to match the phone or computer. On a phone, tap the three-line button at the top right; Hints and Appearance are at the bottom.

Client sign in uses your email. Forgot password on that page emails a reset link (60 minutes) if you already have an owner login. If you do not get the email, ask your walker for a reset link — they can send it by WhatsApp.

Dates in the app use DD/MM/YYYY.

Install on your phone

You can add Pawfect Partners to your home screen so it opens like an app. On Android, use the install banner or Install app under You. On iPhone or iPad, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.

Your dogs

Open Dogs to add or update a dog: size, care instructions, photo, and comments. Your walker can read those comments. Their own handling notes are not shown to you. If a dog should no longer be walked, open them and choose Stop walking this dog.
