Pawfect Partners Platform–Provider Agreement (summary)

IMPORTANT: This is a starter summary for the in-app typed-name acceptance
workflow. Replace docs/templates/Independent Walker Agreement.odt with
solicitor-approved terms before production use.

1. You are an independent provider supplying dog-walking and/or house-sitting
   services in your own right. Pawfect Partners is a facilitator / SaaS
   platform and is not your employer.
2. You contract directly with owners for care services and collect payment
   directly unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.
3. You must maintain appropriate insurance and comply with applicable law.
4. Client personal data accessed through the platform must be used only for
   providing agreed services and must not be shared with unauthorised parties.
5. Planned holiday cover should normally be arranged by the primary provider
   through the controlled network, with owner consent where required.
   Emergency cover may be arranged by the platform administrator where the
   primary provider is unavailable; the provider's approval is required unless
   a documented emergency override is necessary.
6. Cover providers may access only the information and jobs needed for the
   temporary cover period. Cover does not transfer primary client ownership;
   each provider remains responsible for its own insurance, confidentiality,
   and legal obligations.
7. The platform may suspend membership for policy breaches. On exit you may
   export your active client relationships subject to owner rights and law.
8. SaaS / platform fees are separate from owner service charges.

This in-app acceptance records the version, typed name, and timestamp.
